There are some important things businesses should keep in mind when bringing new employees into the organization.
According to ATD in their article “What is the onboarding process for a new employee?” onboarding should be structured around the employee’s role, responsibilities, and long-term development.
“Onboarding programs should not be generic; role-specific considerations should be made,” ATD said.
